Chemistry terminology and nomenclature in Russian and Czech: a comparative view

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce s názvem „Chemická terminologie a nomenklatura v ruštině a češtině: komparativní pohled“ se zabývá analýzou tvorby názvosloví v jednotlivých jazycích a nabízí nám porovnání nomenklatur mezi sebou. Také se věnuje chemické a přírodovědné terminologii, jejímu zařazení do jednotlivých chemických disciplín. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se prvně zabýváme terminologií a jejím rozdílem s nomenklaturou. V druhé kapitole se věnujeme již samotné chemii. Praktická část se poté zaměřuje na rozdělení slov a slovních spojeních do jednotlivých tematických okruhů a následně tvorbě názvosloví od sloučenin anorganických až po organické. Na konci práce se nachází rusko-český chemický slovníček, který obsahuje pojmy ze všech oblastí chemie.

Abstract:

The bachelor's diploma thesis entitled "Chemical terminology and nomenclature in Russian and Czech: a comparative view" deals with the analysis of the creation of nomenclature in individual languages and offers us a comparison of nomenclature with each other. It also deals with chemical and natural science terminology and its inclusion in individual chemical disciplines. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we first deal with terminology and its difference with nomenclature. In the second chapter, we already deal with chemistry itself. The practical part then focuses on the division of words and word combinations into individual thematic circles and then mainly on the creation of nomenclature from inorganic to organic compounds. At the end of the thesis, there is also a Russian-Czech chemical dictionary, which contains terms from all areas of chemistry.
