Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou leasingu, především finančního leasingu, a jeho daňovými a účetními efekty. V první obecné části práce je vymezen leasing z teoretického hlediska. This bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation on leasing and its tax effects, especially financial leasing. In the first part there is definition of leasing from theoretical way.
