Information systems of fire protection

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexní problematikou informačních systémů požární ochrany a zejména jejich využití pří řešení mimořádných událostí. Spíše, než zahrnováním čtenáře teoretickou informatikou, je fungování celého systému názorně ukázáno přímo v souvislostech. Nicméně bez základních pojmů by tato práce nebyla kompletní, proto jsou vysvětleny v první kapitole. Ve druhé kapitole je shrnuto fungovaní Integrovaného záchranného systému a vysvětlena role Hasičského záchranného sboru, jakožto hlavního koordinátora IZS a jednotek požární ochrany. Součástí je také popis operačních a informačních středisek. Třetí kapitola patří příslušníkům KOPIS, jakožto klíčové součásti celého systému. V kapitole číslo čtyři je popsáno v obecném rámci pracoviště KOPIS. Pátá kapitola ukazuje samotné informační systémy požární ochrany v rozličných situacích, pro jejichž řešení jsou určeny. V šesté kapitole je modelový příklad fungování informačních systémů požární ochrany při zásahu jednotek PO. S vývojem technologií se neustále vyvíjejí i informační systémy využívané jednotkami požární ochrany a integrovaným záchranným systémem. Například automatická lokalizace mobilního telefonu volajícího, která byla ještě nedávno snem operátorů tísňových linek, je dnes skutečností.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is aimed to complex problematic of information systems of fire protection and especially its usage during extraordinary events. This thesis shows functions of whole system in examples more than teaching theoretical informatics, but a few of basic concepts are explained in the first chapter. In the second chapter is summarized operation of Integrated Rescue System and explained position of Fire and Rescue service of Czech republic as main part and other fire brigades. Description of operation and information centre (OIC) is also included in this chapter. Third chapter belongs to attendants of the operation and information centres, whose are the key element of system. Fourth chapter is focused to general description of OIC workplace. Fifth part directly presents information systems of fire protection during various situations for whose solution are they intended. Sixth chapter demonstrates example of functioning information systems of fire protection during intervention of fire brigades. With progress in technologies, information systems of fire protection used by fire brigades and bodies of Integrated Rescue Systems are constantly developed. For example automatic location of mobile phone, that was just a dream of dispatchers of emergency lines, is true today.
