Pigments based on CeO\dindex{2}

Abstract:

Byly ověřeny podmínky syntézy sloučenin typu Ce1-(x+y)TbxZryO2, kde x = 0,05 a y = 0,05, 0,15, 0,25, 0,35, 0,45, 0,55, 0,65, 0,75 a 0,85 a dále pak x = 0,15 a y = 0,05, 0,15, 0,25, 0,35, 0,45, 0,55, 0,65 a 0,75. Všechny vzorky byly připravovány klasickým způsobem založeným na reakci v tuhé fázi a při jednotlivých teplotách výpalu pohybujících se od 1200 do 1600 °C po 100 °C. Barevně nejzajímavější pigment (pro x = 0,05, y = 0,25 a pro x = 0,15, y = 0,25) byl dále připraven dvoustupňovým způsobem a srážením.

Abstract:

Conditions of synthesis of the Ce1-(x+y)TbxZryO2 type were verified for x = 0,05 and y = 0,05, 0,15, 0,25, 0,35, 0,45, 0,55, 0,65, 0,75 and 0,85 and next for x = 0,15 and y = 0,05, 0,15, 0,25, 0,35, 0,45, 0,55, 0,65 and 0,75. All samples were prepared by classical (ceramic) method based on solid-state reaction at various firing temperatures ranging from 1200 to 1600 °C with step 100 °C. Interesting colour pigments (for x = 0.05, y = 0.25 and for x = 0.15, y = 0.25) were also prepared by two step process and by precipitation.
