Divorce and after-divorce mother´s care

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá rozvodem a porozvodovou péčí matky o dítě, s důrazem na potencionální výchovná a ekonomická rizika. Pozornost je primárně věnována významu rodičovství v kontrastu s rozvodem, škodlivým vlivům působících ze strany rodičů, reakcím dětí na rozvod a v neposlední řadě také ekonomickým úskalím, která jsou s porozvodovou péčí matky o dítě spjata. Práce se okrajově věnuje také historii rozvodu, legislativní úpravě rozvodu a porozvodové péči, jakožto i genderu a jeho roli při svěřování dětí do péče.

Abstract:

This bachelor work deals with the topic of divorce and the after-divorce mother´s care of a child with the emphasis on potential educational and economical risks. The attention is primarily paid to the importance of parenthood in contrast with divorce, harmful affects acting from the parents´side, children´s reactions to the divorce and last but not least to the economical difficulties which are closely connected with the after-divorce mother´s care of a child. The work marginally works not only with the themes like the history of divorce, the legislative adjustment of divorce and after-divorce care, but also with the gender and its role in entrusting the child to the care.
