Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na analýzu a aktuálny vývoj právnej úpravy policajnej provokácie a skúšky spoľahlivosti. Autor taktiež skúma možnosti a medze využitia týchto prostriedkov v trestnom konaní, ako aj s prípadným využitím týchto prostriedkov v správnom či súkromnom práve.
