Táto práca sa zaoberá metódami a technikami agilného vývoja softwaru, popisuje ako vyze-rá agilný tím, spolupráca takéhoto tímu s biznis sférou a samotné testovanie v takomto tíme. Práca uvádza agilné zásady a ich implementáciu do vývoja. Následná analýza približuje rôzne prístupy k testovaniu a uvádza výhody a nevýhody každého z nich. This work deals with methods and techniques of agile software development, it describes how agile team looks, collaboration of such team with the business sector and the testing in such a team.
