Předmětem této bakalářské práce je daň z nemovitostí jakožto část daňových příjmů obcí. Cílem je přitom popsat aktuální stav právní úpravy daně z nemovitostí v České republice, zhodnotit jej a komparovat se zahraniční právní úpravou. The topic of the submitted thesis is the real-estate tax as a part of municipalities’ tax incomes. The aim of the thesis is to describe current situation of legal regulation of real-estate tax in the Czech Republic, to evaluate it and to compare it with some foreign legal regulation of the same area.
