Vlastnosti a adresování multicastového vysílání. Bude poukázáno na rozdíl oproti IPv4. Představí verze protokolu Multicast Listner Discovery a jejich rozdíly. Dále popíše skupinové směrovací protokoly. Autor ověří na vytvořené topologii multicastové vysílání a provede analýzu multicastového vysílání.
