Abstract:
Téma diplomové práce je Postavení cizinců (neobčanů EU) v Evropské unii. Práce je zaměřena na právo volného pohybu osob jako jedno ze čtyř základních svobod v rámci vnitřního trhu. Dále se věnuje postavení příslušníků třetích států v Unii.
Abstract:
The topic of this diploma thesis is Position of Foreigners in European Union. This thesis is focused on the right of free movement of person as the one of four fundamental freedoms within the internal market. It also discusses the status of foreigners of third states in the Union.
