Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení společné dopravní politiky a vývoj dekarbonizace ve světě a Evropské unii. V první části je zaměřena na vliv dopravy na ekonomiku, vývoj společné dopravní politiky a její environmentální aspekty. The target of this diploma theses is to evaluate the Common Transport Policy of the EU and the development of decarbonization in world and European economies. The first chapter focuses on the role of transport in economy, common transport policy of the EU and its environmental aspects.
