The Project of Changing Water Cooled Charged Air Cooler Design as a Consequence of Customer Claim in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé kroky procesu řízení neshodného produktu pomocí metody 8D. Na základě informací zjištěných touto metodou jsou realizovány další kroky vedoucí ke změnovému řízení. V další části je detailně rozebrán proces tohoto řízení pomocí dokumentu SREA. Tento dokument a jeho části jsou následně prezentovány a aplikovány na reálném případu. SREA dokument vede ke schválení designové změny produktu jako následek zákaznické reklamace. Součástí práce je také rešerše k dané problematice.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the particular steps of the non-conforming product process management by the use of 8D method. Based on the information obtained by this method, further steps leading to change management are implemented. The process of this change management is analyzed by the use of the SREA document in the further part of the thesis. This document and its parts are subsequently applied and demonstrated on a real case. The SREA document leads to the approval of a product design change resulting from customer complaint. Research of this issue is a part of the thesis.
