Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá sportovními normami v kontextu sportovního práva. Konkrétně je její první část věnována vymezení pojmu sport, vztahu sportu a práva jako dvou společenských systémů a vztahu sportovních a právních norem. Presented diploma thesis deals with sports norms in the context of sports law.
