Abstract:
Přesná a rychlá bakteriální diagnostika na kmenové úrovni je vzhledem k narůstajícímu výskytu rezistentních kmenů a neustálé hrozbě zneužití patogenních agens pro teroristický útok celospolečensky vysoce žádanou potřebou. Due to the increasing incidence of resistant strains and the constant threat of abuse of pathogenic agents for terrorist attacks across society, accurate and rapid diagnosis of bacterial strain level is highly desirable need.
