Tato bakalářská práce předkládá shrnutí současných poznatků o vlivu proteotoxického stresu na nádorové buňky. Proteotoxický stres buňku zatěžuje nadměrným hromaděním nefunkčních proteinů a v případě selhání jejich reparace nebo degradace může mít cytotoxické účinky. Abstract:
This thesis summarizes recent knowledge about effects of proteotoxic stress on cancer cells. Proteotoxic stress is characterized by accumulation of dysfunctional proteins and in case of either reparation or degradation mechanisms failure results in cell toxicity.
