Tato práce se zabývá proteomickým profilováním adipocytů a tukové tkáně z podkožní a viscerální oblasti v souvislosti s tělesným složením a nepříznivými zdravotními následky u těžce obézních jedinců.
Abstract:
This thesis investigates the proteomics profiling of adipocytes and adipose tissue from subcutaneous and visceral depots in relation to body composition and adverse health outcomes in severely obese individuals.
