Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci byly metodou depozice po atomárních vrstvách (atomic layer deposition) připraveny tenké vrstvy oxidu TiSiO2, s různým poměrem titanu a křemíku. Tloušťka a optické vlastnosti vrstev byly určeny pomocí elipsometrie ve viditelné a blízké ultrafialové oblasti spektra. Abstract:
In this thesis, thin films of TiSiO2 oxides with different titanium-to-silicon ratio were deposited using atomic layer deposition. The thickness and optical properties of the films were determined by ellipsometry in the visible and near ultraviolet spectral range.
