Diplomová práca pojednáva o vzdelávaní a rozvoji stredného personálu na veterinárnej praxi. Mapuje aktuálny stav vzdelávania a možností rozvoja tejto cieľovej skupiny. Súčasťou tejto práce je aj analýza vzdelávacích potrieb a podľa toho je koncipovaná celý text.
