Cieľom Bakalárskej práce je poukázať na problematiku vzdelávania zamestnancov v oblasti oceňovania majetku. Bakalárska práca pozostáva z teoretickej a empirickej časti. V teoretickej časti sa práca zaoberá základnými pojmami vzdelávania, postupmi, metódami vzdelávania a rozvoja so zameraním na zamestnancov, ako aj pojmami týkajúcich sa znalcov a ich činnosti.
