Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce řeší porovnání konvenční a nekonvenční strojírenské technologie metodou párového hodnocení. Za konvenční metodu se zvolilo frézování. Nekonvenční metodou se zvolilo řezání vodním paprskem. V literární rešerši se práce zabývala technologiemi samotnými. Jako první se práce zabývá frézováním. Tedy podstata, základní druhy frézek a jejich části, nástroje - frézy, upínání stopkových a nástrčných fréz, vyměnitelné destičky, CNC frézka. Zadruhé se práce zabývá řezáním vodním paprskem, tedy princip, výhody, vysokotlaké čerpadlo – multiplikátor, akumulátor tlaku, řezací hlava, zakřivení vodního paprsku, technologie WJM a AWJ, abraziva, materiály k řezání, CNC vodní paprsek. Aplikační část je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části se porovnají vybrané strojírenské technologie metodou párového hodnocení, kde se zvolilo 17 faktorů. Za pomoci Fullerova trojúhelníka se počítalo. Faktory hodnotím body a násobím je faktorem prostředí, kde vychází syntetický ukazatel, vyšší hodnota syntetického ukazatele je nejlepší z hlediska maloodpadové technologie. V druhé části se určili řezné podmínky a po obrobení se měřili drsnosti povrchů. Měření u obrobků z frézky měřím na pěti místech libovolně. Měření u obrobků z vodního paprsku měřím taky na pěti místech, ale od začátku řezu směrem dolů. Hodnoty, které vyjdou, zapíši do tabulky a vypočtu aritmetické průměry. Z počtu měření vytvořím grafy. V diskuzi výsledků hodnotím zkoumání měření a navrhnu vhodná opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of conventional and unconventional engineering technology using the paired evaluation method. Milling was chosen as the conventional method. Water jet cutting was chosen as the unconventional method. Within the literature search, the thesis dealt with the technologies themselves. Firstly the thesis deals with milling, i.e. the essence, basic types of milling machines and their parts, tools - cutters, shank clamping and socket cutters, interchangeable inserts, CNC milling machine. Then the thesis focuses on water jet cutting, i.e. the principle, benefits, high pressure pump – multiplier, pressure accumulator, cutting head, curving of the water jet, WJM and AWJ technology, abrasives, materials for cutting, CNC water jet. The application part is divided into two parts. The first part compares the selected engineering technology using the paired evaluation method which chose 17 factors. The calculation was carried out by the help of Fuller’s triangle. I evaluate the factors with points and multiply them with the factor of environment where there is the synthetic indicator, higher value of the synthetic indicator means the best in terms of low waste technology. The second part determines the cutting conditions and after cutting, surface roughness was measured. Measurement of workpieces from the milling machine is measured at five points arbitrarily. Measurement of workpieces from the water jet is also measured at five points but from the beginning of the cut downwards. The resulting values are written in the table and then I calculate the arithmetical averages. I create charts from the number of measurements. In the discussion of the results I evaluate the measurement exploration and propose the appropriate measures.
