Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá nákupní strategií komoditních položek ve firmě. Zaměřuje se na aktuální situaci nákupních strategií firmy a výběru dodavatelů, představí zlepšení nákupní strategie u dodavatele a poté změnu dodavatele. Zkompletuje přínosy pro společnost změnou dodavatele.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is covering corporation commodity purchasing strategy. Case study is focusing on purchasing strategy and supplier selection in real environment, demonstrating strategy implementation at supplier and suppliers re-sourcing later. Consolidating benefits linked to suppliers re-sourcing.
