Hyaluronidázy (HYALs) jsou enzymy, které jsou důležité ve fyziologických funkcích organismu vzhledem k jejich schopnosti degradovat glykosaminoglykany (GAG). The hyaluronidases (HYALs) are enzymes that are important in the physiological functions of organisms due to their ability to degrade glycosaminoglycans (GAG). The most often and most effectively degraded GAG is the linear polysaccharide hyaluronan (HA), which was originaly considered to be the extracellular matrix (ECM) filler material.
