Effective Methods in Interest-Based Education of Adults

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá primárně metodami zájmového vzdělávání dospělých a jejich efektivitou. S touto problematikou jsou ovšem spojena i různá specifika, která jsou v práci popsána a společně s metodami tvoří ucelený přehled informací o oblasti zájmového vzdělávání dospělých. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na výzkum zabývající se rozdílem ve vnímání efektivity různých metod z pohledu dospělých účastníků zájmového vzdělávání a lektorů těchto aktivit.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is primarily focused on methods of interest education of adult persons and their's efectivity. With this problematic are also joined various specifics, which are describe in the thesis together with methods and creates complete overview about an area of interest in education of adults. Empirical part of the thesis is focused on research which investigates the difference in perceiving of the effectiveness of different methods from the point of view of adult par-ticipants of interest in education and lectors of these activities.
