Optimal layout of post harvest plant

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Optimálního rozložení posklizňové linky se zabývá rozložením skladovacích sil na posklizňových linkách. Analýzou parametrů vzhledem k šetrnosti manipulaci se skladovaným materiálem, ekonomikou provozu posklizňové linky a především efektivitou vynaložených finančních prostředků na stavbu. Diplomová práce vychází z realizovaných linek a poznatků z provozu těchto zařízení. V úvodní části práce jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé prvky, které se běžně používají na PL. Dále jsou určeny potřebné parametry posklizňové linky. Pravidla navrhování posklizňových linek, s dodržením stavebního zákona 183/2006 Sb. a potřebou provozovatele linky. Sledovaná hodnota ve výpočtech je cena přepočtená na uskladněnou tunu materiálu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis “Optimal layout of post harvest plant“ deals with the lay-out of storage silos in a post harvest plant. It concentrates on the analysis of its parameters with respect to gentle handling of stored material, the economics of post harvest plant operation and, above all, the efficiency of funds spent on its con-struction. The diploma thesis is based on real plants and a knowledge gained du-ring the operation of these plants. There are characteristics of individual elements commonly used in post har-vest plants in the first part of the thesis. Then there are determined required pa-rameters of post harvest plant. There are also rules for projecting post harvest plants specified there with respect to the Bulding Act No 183/2006 and operators´ requirements. A monitored value in calculations is the cost per ton of material stored.
