Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovováním tetracyklinových antibiotik v kravském mléce za pomocí využití modifikovaných UV/VIS spektrofotometrických metod a komerčních kitů. Cílem práce bylo vypracovat rešerši na téma mléko a antibiotika v mléce, přesněji se zaměřením na tetracyklinová antibiotika a jeho zvyšující se rezistenci. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of tetracycline antibiotic residues in cow's milk using UV / VIS spectrophotometric methods and commercial kits. The aim of this thesis is to develop a search on the topic of milk and antibiotics in milk, more precisely focusing on the type of tetracycline antibiotics and its increasing resistance.
