Tato práce se zabývá zjišťováním mechanizmu účinku cytotoxicky aktivních triterpenů. Byly připraveny konjugáty triterpenů s deriváty glukózy pomocí Huisgenovy cykloadice. Byly změřeny cytotoxicné aktivity všech připravených sloučenin. Byly vybrány nejaktivnější látky a studován jejich mechanizmus účinku: 1. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is investigation of mechanism of action of cytotoxic active triterpenes. The conjugates of triterpenes with glucose derivates were prepared using Huisgen cycloaddition. Cytotoxic activities of all prepared compounds were measured. The most active derivates were further examined for their mechanism of action: 1.
