Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním poměrem v České republice.Analyzuje vztahy v procesu vzniku, změn a skončení pracovního poměru v ČR a Vězeňské službě. Část práce je věnována rozboru konkurenční doložky a problematiky mlčenlivosti.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis is concerned with employment in the Czech Republic.The basic vision of the author was the one referring to labour law as means of contributing to satisfy one of the very basic human need ? the human labour activity.The author dedicated somewhat more space to the problem of discretion.
