Teoretická část diplomové práce je změřena na charakterizaci houby Pleurotus ostreatus z botanického i chemického hlediska. The theoretical part of the dissertation is focused on characterization of mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus from both botanical and chemical point of view. Emphasis is laid on the important substances contained in it and its properties with consideration of both chemical and pharmacological aspects.
