Children with special needs for meals in different types of nursery schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výchovou a vzděláváním dětí předškolního věku se zvláštními nároky na stravování během pobytu v různých typech mateřských škol z různých důvodů, například z důvodů chronického onemocnění, alergií, nesnášenlivosti, odlišných stravovacích zvyklostí v rodině nebo jiných. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část podává přehled o vývoji dětí v předškolním věku, jejich výživě a stravování, významu mateřské školy, typech mateřských škol, stravování v mateřských školách a nejčastějších příčinách odlišného stravovacího režimu v mateřské škole. Výzkumná část se zabývá získáváním informací o přístupu různých typů mateřských škol k potřebám individuálního stravovacího režimu, o legislativě upravující takový režim stravování, o možných příčinách a problémech vyplývajících z těchto situací.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the upbringing and education of children of preschool age with specific claims for meals during the stay in different types of nursery schools for various reason, for example on the grounds of chronic illness, allergy, intolerance, different eating habits in the family or other. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides an overview of the development of children in the pre-school age, their diet and eating, the importace of nursery schools, types of nursery schools and the most common causes of different diet. The empirical part deals with getting information on attitude of different types of nursery schools to the needs of the individual dietary habits, with the legislation, the possible causes and problems arising from these situacions.
