Utilization of e-auctions for ensuring of express transport

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje analýze a zhodnocení implementace elektronické aukční aplikace využívané v konkrétní firmě pro zajištění expresních přeprav. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska e-aukcí, jejich rozdělení, určení jednotlivých fází a klasifikaci výhod a nevýhod. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou stavu před zavedením tohoto nástroje a analýzou stavu po jeho zavedení. Je zde zmíněn i proces implementace nástroje, jeho využívání a zhodnocením dosažených výsledků.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the electronic auction application used in the particular company for the provision of express transport. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of e-auctions, their distribution, identification of individual phases and classification of advantages and disadvantages. The practical part deals with the analysis of the state before the implementation of this instrument and the analysis of the state after its introduction. There is also mentioned the process of implementation of the tool, its use and evaluation of the achieved results.
