Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu otolitů pocházejících z Antarktidy, které nebyly dosud řádně zkoumány. The chemical properties of Antarctic otoliths has not been properly studied yet, therefore this thesis was focused on the analysis of otoliths from James Ross Island and represents completely new information obtained from local fish species which can bring a new perspective on the Antarctic environment.
