The ischemic stroke
Abstract:
Ischemická cévní mozková příhoda je v dnešní době jedním z nejčastějších onemocnění. Velmi často způsobuje úmrtí, nebo invaliditu. Standardní trombolytická láčba není dostatečně účinná, příčiny přitom nejsou známy. Z toho důvodu jsou vyvíjeny nové způsoby výzkumu. Významným nástrojem jsou in vitro modely.
Abstract:
Ischemic stroke is one of the leading diseases nowadays. It is very frequent cause of mortality or disability. Standard thrombolytic therapy has low efficacy and the causes are unknown. Therefore the new research possibilities are searching for. In vitro models are important scientific tool.
