Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium histonů H1, H2B, H3.3 a H4, laminů A a proteinů HP1β a 53BP1 účastnících se reparačních drah DNA. V experimentech byly použity buněčné linie HeLa, HepG2, Lap2α +/+ a -/-. Buněčné linie byly rovněž ovlivněny inhibitorem histonových deacetyláz trichostatinem A (TSA), byl sledován jeho vliv na dynamiku výše uvedených proteinů. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on histones H1, H2B, H3.3 and H4, lamin A and proteins HP1β and 53BP1 involved in the DNA repair pathways. In the experiments cell lines HeLa, HepG2, Lap2α +/+ and -/- were used.
