Identification of Disproportions on the Local Labour Market and the Instruments of their Elimination

Abstract:

Práce mapuje a hodnotí poptávku po zaměstnancích v podniku HENNLICH v porovnání s nabídkou pracovních pozic v okrese Litoměřice. Dále identifikuje rozdíly ve vzdělanostní struktuře zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku v porovnání se vzdělanostní strukturou na lokálním trhu práce a určuje příčiny těchto rozdílů. Především se zaměřuje na identifikaci silných a slabých stránek na regionálním trhu práce včetně komparace s reálnými potřebami trhu práce a následným navržením vhodných instrumentů, jak by se analyzovaná firma měla vypořádat s očekávanou disproporcí. V analytické části práce byla provedena analýza trhu práce s akcentem na strukturu uchazečů o zaměstnání a strukturu volných pracovních pozic v evidenci Úřadu práce dle vybraných kritérií. Nejzásadnějším problémem trhu práce je nedostatek pracovníků a nesoulad požadované kvalifikační a vzdělanostní úrovně. Na základě identifikace nejzásadnějších problémů je společnosti HENNLICH navržen inovovaný systém instrumentů a benefitů, který v případě implementace do praxe povede k eliminaci problému společnosti s nedostatkem pracovníků a upevní její pozici na trhu práce. Jako klíčové řešení byly společnosti navrženy 3 stipendijní programy.

Abstract:

The thesis maps and evaluates the demand for employees in the company HENNLICH in comparison with the offer of jobs in the district of Litoměřice. It also identifies differences in the educational structure of employees in the selected company compared to the educational structure in the local labor market and determines the causes of these differences. In particular, it is focused on identifying strengths and weaknesses in the regional labor market, including comparison with the real needs of the labor market and subsequent design of appropriate instruments, how the analyzed company should deal with the expected disproportion. In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the labor market was carried out with the emphasis on the structure of job candidates and the structure of vacant positions in the Labor Office records according to selected criteria. The most important problem of the labor market is the lack of workers and the disproportion of the required level of qualification and education. Based on the identification of the most important problems, it is suggested to the company HENNLICH a new system of instruments and benefits that, if implemented in practice, will eliminate the problem of the company with a lack of workers and strengthen its position on the labor market. Three scholarship programs were proposed as the key here.
