Abstract:

Rekonstrukce památkově chráněných objektů se potýká s řadou problémů v neposlední řadě s velkým nedostatkem peněz a s komplikacemi při jejich shánění. Problematika technických řešení rekonstrukcí je také široce diskutována s ohledem na dané dobové trendy v rekonstruování památek. Zde se aktuálně prosazuje co možná největší možné zachování původních konstrukcí a materiálů při prováděné rekonstrukci. Ustoupilo se od vášně purismu, kdy se památka ,,opravovala“ do podoby svého vrcholného období. Přestavby a úpravy pozdějších věků byly odstraňovány i přes svou historickou hodnotu. Dodnes se prolínají tři nejvýraznější přístupy k sanaci historických objektů. První výše zmíněný, druhý způsob přiznávající i ukryté konstrukce před přestavbami, jako jsou například zazděné portály, okna, kamenné reliéfy a tak podobně. Třetí způsob konzervuje stavbu v jejím aktuálním stavu. Tento lze užít za předpokladu, že je památka buď v dobrém stavu, nebo naopak ve stavu, kdy by byla rekonstrukce již příliš nákladná, nebo tam, kde převládne romantické cítění pro zříceniny. V teoretické části se budu zabývat sběrem informací a podkladů potřebných k návrhu sanací, rekonstrukcí, stavebních úprav a jejich vyhodnocením s vazbou na aplikovatelnost na dvůr Kalec. Studií materiálů problematiky sanace historických objektů jsem narazil na několik odlišných metod a názorů, které se týkají zejména otázek vizuálního pojetí historické stavby jako celku či jejího následného využití. Na základě těchto poznatků se přikláním k stále více rozšiřovanému trendu částečného odhalení historicky cenných konstrukcí zaniklých vlivem přestaveb (zazděním, zakrytím povrchovou úpravou). A k zachování omítek jen v případech, kdy obsahují historicky hodnotné fragmenty či jsou v adekvátním stavu pro konzervaci nebo nenákladnou sanaci. V aplikační části bude zpracována studie sanací a stavebních úprav objektů.

Abstract:

Reconstruction of historical buildings is facing a number of problems, last but not least with a great lack of resources and complications when trying to secure any. The issue of technical solutions for reconstructions is also widely discussed with regard to the given period of monuments reconstruction trends. Currently the urost preservativ of original structures and materials prevails. It has been withdrawn from the passion of purism, where the monument was „modified“ into its peak period form. Conversions and adjustments of later ages have been removed despote its historici value. The three most distinctive approaches of redeveloping historici buildings mingle till today. The first, is mentioned above. The second method Access even structures hoden efore rebuilding, such as walled portals, windows, stone reliefs etc.. The third method preserves the construction in its current state. This method can be used provided the monument is either in a good condition or in a situation where there construction would already be too expensive or where the romantic feeling for the ruins would prevail. In the theoretical part, I will deal with collection of information and documentation neceséry for the draft of rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction works and its evaluation with the relation to its applicability to the Kalec court. By studying materials of historici buildings renovation problems, I have encountered a number of different methods and opinions which concern, in particular, the questions of the visual concep tof a historical building as a whole or how to preserve the demonstrativ of its wider historical development. On the basis of these findings, I incline to the increasingly widespread trend of partial revelation of historically valuace structures that have disappeared due to redevelopment (bricklaying, covering by surface treatment). And to preserve plastem only in cases where Theky contain historically valuace fragments or are in an adequate condition for preservation or inexpensive remediation. In the application part, a study of sanitation and building modifications will be prepared.
