Tato práce se zabývá JUDr. Emilem Háchou a Nejvyšším správním soudem v době, kdy u něj Hácha působil (1918-1938). Popsán je vznik Nejvyššího správního soudu, jeho fungování a obsazení v dané době. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována jeho judikatorní činnosti, zejména pak rozhodnutím soudu týkajících se Němců od roku 1933, kdy Konrád Henlein založil svou sudetoněmeckou stranu. Abstract:
The subject of this diploma thesis is Emil Hacha and the Supreme Administrative Court of Czechoslovakia during Hacha´s tenure in the court. The formation of the court, its functioning and the members of the court are described. Special attention is given to the jurisprudence of the court and the cases regarding Germans since 1933 when Konrad Henlein created the Sudeten German Party in particular. Part …more
