Předmětem bakalářské práce „Metody hodnocení podnikových investic“ je zhodnocení již uskutečněné investice do budovy. Její zpětné posouzení (z pohledu let 2006 a 2010) skrze statickou metodu doby návratnosti, její dynamickou variantu a čistou současnou hodnotu, které odhalí nevýhodnost investice. The subject of the thesis: “Valuation Methods of Corporate Investments” is to evaluate already carried out investment in the building. Its re-evaluation (from the perspective of 2006 and 2010) by the static method payback period, its dynamic variation and the net present value, that reveal the inadvisability of the investment.
