Aerobic as a leisure activity for 8-9 year old children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obsahuje souhrn teoretických poznatků vztahujících se k volnému času dětí a mládeže a aerobiku, jako jedné z možností trávení volnočasových aktivit. V bakalářské práci se zabýváme problematikou tvorby choreografie aerobiku dětí ve věku 8-9 let. Pro efektivnější trénink povinných a přídatných prvků jsme vytvořili zásobník cviků statického a dynamického strečinku, který má pomoci sportovcům s rozvojem flexibility. Přílohou bakalářské práce je DVD nahrávka s výslednou soutěžní choreografií vybraného týmu dětí z Aerobic clubu DDM Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis contains the summary of theoretical knowledge connected with leisure time of children and young people with aerobics as one of the options of spending free time. In the bachelor thesis we deal with the problematics of aerobics choreography formation by the children between 89 years old. In order to make training of compulsory and additional components more effective we created a range of exercises of statical and dynamic stretching which should help sportsmen to develop their flexibility. The appendix of this bachelor thesis contains a DVD records with final choreography for a competition of children from Aerobic club DDM Ústí nad Labem.
