Abstract:
Metody využívající rozličných vlastností stabilních izotopů jsou využívány v mnoha oborech, a to i v biologii. Mezi takto nejčastěji využívané izotopy patří 13C, 15N, 2H a 18O. V biologii rostlin se izotopy využívají např. k identifikaci metabolických typů a cest, ale i ke sledování a kvantifikaci látkových přenosů v mykorhizních symbiózách. There are many scientific disciplines including biology, which are using methods based on different features of stable isotopes. Among the most commonly used isotopes belong 13C, 15N, 2H, and 18O.
