Philosophical Foundations of Effective Altruism
Abstract:
Práce zkoumá normativní teorii na pozadí efektivního altruismu (EA), nového hnutí na poli filantropie. V sedmi kapitolách se věnuje 1) představení EA, 2) vybraným tématům z etiky P. Singera, 3) normativitě EA, 4) mylným námitkám a 5) námitce vysokými nároky, 6) vztahu EA k umění a 7) tématu prioritizace.
Abstract:
This thesis researches the normative theory in the background of the effective altruism (EA), the new philantropical movement. In seven chapters, it 1) introduces EA and 2) chosen chapters from the Peter Singer´s ethics, it deals with 3) normativity of EA, 4) erroneous objections and 5) the demandingness objection, 6) the relationship between EA and arts and 7) prioritization.
