Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza současného stavu společnosti Spodní prádlo Dolly a na základě této analýzy navrhnout možné budoucí varianty rozvoje společnosti. Detailní analýza využívá metodu 5C a SWOT analýzu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá podstatnými náležitostmi podnikatelského plánu.
Abstract:
Aim of this thesis are analysing of contemporary state of company Dolly lingerie and setting new direction of development on this basis. Detailed analysis uses 5C ands SWOT analysis method. In the theoretical part thesis deals with substantial requisits of business plan.
