Témou našej bakalárskej práce bolo zistiť a ozrejmiť postupné kroky od založenia jednotlivých obchodných spoločností až po ich vznik. Zistené informácie sú podané na základe určitej osnovy, časovej a logickej náväznosti. Práca sa skladá z dvoch časti. V prvej kapitole je riešená problematika obchodných spoločností všeobecne.
