The Rationalization of Assembly Lines Supply in Manufacturing Company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na racionalizaci zásobování montážních linek ve vybrané společnosti. V rámci vypracování této práce byla provedena literární rešerše z dané oblasti a následně analýza současného stavu zásobování linek. Analýza odhalila možnosti optimalizace, což se stalo podkladem pro projektovou část, kde byly navrhnuty změny vedoucí k efektivnějšímu zásobování linek.
Abstract:
The master thesis is focused on the rationalization of supply of assembly lines in chosen company. Literary research was performed within the framework of this thesis and afterwards there is an analysis of current supply situation of assembly lines.
