Tato bakalářská práce popisuje typy chromozomálních abnormalit v lidských oocytech. Největší důraz je kladen na aneuploidie, jelikož představují nejčastějí typ těchto aberací. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis desribes types of chromosomal abnormalities in human oocytes. Biggest emphasis is given to the aneuploidy, because it is the most common type of these aberrations. The thesis summarises causes of aneuploidy occurrence according to recent analysis of human oocytes and mouse models.
