Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať súčasný stav riadenia zásob v spoločnosti TOP DRINKS, s. r. o. a navrhnúť projekt so zameraním na zlepšenie komlexného riadenia zásob. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje základné pojmy z teórie zásob a možnosti ich riadenia. Praktická časť je zameraná na konkrétnu spoločnosť, v ktorej boli vykonané viaceré analýzy zásob s cieľom zistenia súčasného stavu. V závere tejto …more
