Abstract:

Predložená diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou závislosti od digitálnych technológií a od internetu u žiakov základnej školy. Približuje oblasť digitálnych technológií a kyberpriestoru, popisuje fenomén behaviorálnych závislostí a poukazuje na riziká používania internetu a mobilných telefónov. Objasňuje problematiku vzniku a vzostupu behaviorálnych závislostí, zvlášť excesívneho používania mobilných telefónov a internetu. Diplomová práca rozoberá tiež zistený stupeň potenciálnej závislosti od digitálnych technológií a od internetu u žiakov základnej školy. Vo výsledkoch poukazuje na potenciálnu závislosť pri zohľadnení pohlavia, veku a typu školského prostredia.

Abstract:

This master's thesis deals with the issue of addiction to digital technologies and to the internet among primary school students. It introduces the area of digital technologies and cyberspace, describes the phenomenon of behavioral addictions and points out the risks of using the internet and mobile phones. It clarifies the issue of the emergence and rise of behavioral addictions, especially the excessive use of mobile phones and the internet. The master's thesis also discusses the level of potential addiction to digital technologies and the internet for primary school students. The results point to a potential addiction taking into account gender, age, and type of school environment.
