Subject of this diploma thesis was analysis of the relationship between subsidiary and headquarters in multinational company. Studied company is one of the leading suppliers in automotive industry. Predmetom diplomovej práce bola analýza vzťahu pobočky a centrály v nadnárodnej spoločnosti. Skúmaná spoločnosť je jedným z popredných dodávateľov v automobilo-vom priemysle.
