Abstract:

Předmětem mé práce „Hodnota vnímaná zákazníkem ve vybraném podniku“ je zjištění hodnot vnímaných potencionálními zákazníky a následně také hodnot vnímaných zákazníky v konkrétní zvolené jednotce. Výzkum byl aplikován v areálu Dvůr Krutěnice. Jedná se o hotelový a jezdecký areál s vlastní restaurací a chovem skotu na Šumavě. V teoretické části bylo shrnuto několik základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu práce. Zlomek teoretické části je věnován jezdectví, jelikož praktický výzkum byl aplikován právě na službu jezdecký výcvik. V aplikační části jsem představila areál Dvůr Krutěnice a věnovala jsem se výzkumu vnímaných hodnot u potencionálních i stávajících zákazníků. Podle zjištěných informací jsem zodpověděla výzkumné otázky a shrnula výsledky výzkumu. Poté jsem navrhla možné změny, které přinesou zvýšení vnímané hodnoty u stávajících zákazníků.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor thesis " The value perceived by customers in chosen company " is finding values perceived potential customers and consequently the perceived value of regular customers in a particular company. Research has been applied in the complex Dvůr Krutěnice. This is a hotel and equestrian center with restaurant and with cattle breeding in Šumava. The theoretical part was summed up a few basic concepts related to the topic of work. A fraction of the theoretical part is devoted to riding as practical research was applied just to service equestrian training. In the application part I introduced coplex Dvůr Krutěnice and I follow the research of perceived value for potential and existing customers. According to the information gathered, I answered the research questions and summarized the results of research. Then I suggested possible changes that should bring an increase in the perceived value of existing customers .
