Design of an office building in the centre of Ostrava

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje návrhu administrativní budovy v centru města Ostravy, přesněji v části Moravská Ostrava, na parcele č. 3415/2. Během návrhu budovy, jejíž výstupem je sada výkresů na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení (DSP), průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy, požárně bezpečnostní řešení stavby a základní statické výpočty se bral ohled na konstrukční řešení celého objektu, které je pro tento objekt zvoleno pro 1.NP jako kombinace železobetonových monolitických konstrukcí pro obvodové stěny a strop a vápenopískových cihel pro příčky a vnitřní nosné stěny. 2.NP a 3.NP objektu je navrženo z CLT panelů českého výrobce NOVATOP.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the design of an administrative building in the center of the city of Ostrava, more precisely in the Moravian part of Ostrava, on plot number 3415/2. During the design of the building, which results in documentation for a building permit (DSP), including the energy performance certificate of the building, fire safety solutions for the construction, and basic structural calculations, consideration was given to the structural design of the entire building. For this building, a combination of reinforced concrete monolithic structures for exterior walls and ceilings and lime-sand bricks for partitions and internal load-bearing walls was chosen for the ground floor. The second and third floors of the building are made of CLT panels from the Czech manufacturer NOVATOP.
