Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výživu sportovních koní. V literární části jsou obsa- ženy kapitoly týkající se historie krmení, živin, různých druhů krmiv vhodných pro výživu koní, nemocí způsobených nesprávnou výživou, vlivu výživy na výkon koní, krmení koní v jednot- livých disciplínách a také způsoby krmení koní v různých zemích. Další část práce je zaměřena na analýzu krmných dávek z hlediska obsahu energie a dusí- katých látek u vybraných koní. Získaná data naznačují, že někteří koně jsou nadměrně krmeni energií i dusíkatými látkami, s výjimkou několika případů. Klíčová slova: výživa sportovních koní, živiny, nemoci, krmiva, potřeba energie, dusíkaté látky. ABSTRACT Title: Nutrition of sport horses This bachelor thesis focuses on the nutrition of sport horses. The literary part comprises chapters concerning the history of feeding, nutrients, various types of feeds suitable for equine nutrition, diseases caused by improper nutrition, the impact of nutrition on equine performance, feeding practices in different disciplines, and feeding methods in various countries. The subsequent part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis of feed rations in terms of energy and nitrogen content in selected horses. The obtained data indicate that some horses are excessively fed with energy and nitrogenous substances, with a few exceptions.
